We handle customer messages ourselves, from our office in Houilles. There is no external call centre and no chatbot on the first line of support.

What to include when you write

For order questions, include your order number. For returns, include the purchase date, the place of purchase, your proof of purchase, a photo of the product, and a brief note on why you are returning it. For delivery issues, include the tracking number if you have one. The more context you give us in the first message, the fewer back-and-forth emails we need.

How fast we reply

We aim to reply to every email within one business day during service hours. If you write on Friday evening or over the weekend, you will hear from us on Monday. Phone calls are answered during service hours. If the line is busy, leave a short voicemail with your order number and we will call back the same day where possible.
