Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to tell us you want to return it. You do not need a reason, and the reason does not have to be about product quality. This is the right of withdrawal under French consumer law.

How to start a return

Write to info@bergamottix.my within the 14-day window. Please include where and when you bought the item, your proof of purchase, a photo of the product, and a short note on why you are not keeping it. We reply with return instructions, usually within a few hours during service hours.

Return shipping is free

We cover the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee. You will not be charged anything for sending the item back.

Please write to us before sending anything back. We need to log the return in our system so that the refund is not held up when the parcel arrives.

Refund timeline

Once your return reaches our address, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. After we process it, the money needs 7–10 business days to appear back on your original payment method. Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal each have their own clearing timeline, and the 7–10 business day estimate covers that clearing period.

We email you or call you when the refund has been processed on our side. If you have not seen the money after 10 business days from that notification, contact us again and we will chase it with the payment provider.

Condition of the item

You may handle the item the way you would in a physical shop. If it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund proportionally, as permitted under the French Consumer Code (Article L. 221-23). This is not a penalty. It reflects the loss in value caused by handling that goes beyond inspection.

Damaged or incorrect items

If the item arrived damaged or if we sent the wrong thing, the return is still free and the refund is full. Write to us with a photo within 14 days of receipt so we can sort it out quickly.
