This page explains the rules that apply when you order from Bergamottix.
Who we are
Bergamottix is the trading name of , a company registered in France under SIRET and RCS . Registered office and trading address: 44 Rue Pierre Joseph Proudhon, 78800 Houilles, France. You can reach us at info@bergamottix.my or +33 7 50 69 22 75, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
Bergamottix is an independent business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other company or brand, whether similar in name or not.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that email arrives, we may decline or cancel the order, for example if an item is unavailable or if the delivery address is outside mainland France.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free on all orders to mainland France. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place the order. If a payment fails, the order is not processed and nothing is dispatched until the payment is settled.
Delivery
We prepare orders in 1–2 business days, and delivery to mainland France takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Full shipping details are on the Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Returns are free, there is no restocking fee, and refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of the returned item arriving at our address. The refund then takes 7–10 business days to reach your original payment method. The Return & Refund Policy page sets out the exact steps.
Your account and your conduct
If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape content, or to interfere with its normal operation.
Our liability
We are responsible for delivering goods that match the description on the site and that are fit for their normal purpose. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, extreme weather, or network outages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory French consumer law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the version on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order. We do not apply changes retroactively.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, contact us first at info@bergamottix.my. If we cannot resolve it, the courts of France have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live.
